In principle, an order (if in stock) will be delivered to your home within two working days. If the delivery time is unexpectedly longer, we will contact you. Your order will be delivered by PostNL. Orders placed during the weekend (Friday after 3:00 PM, Saturday, Sunday) or on public holidays will be shipped the next (weekday) working day.
If you have not received anything after 3 working days after receiving our shipping email, you can contact our customer service on telephone number +31 (0)88-8800088 or by email at customerservice@tondeuse.shop. We will then start an investigation into your shipment.
Yes, Tondeuse Shop charges a one-off delivery fee of €7.27 incl. VAT for orders within the Netherlands. Above an order amount of € 75,- incl. VAT, shipping costs for shipments within the Netherlands will expire.
Tondeuse Shop does not have a physical location where you can pick up your order. However, in the Netherlands you can pick up your order at a PostNL collection point near you.
In addition to ideal, you can pay with MasterCard, Visa, Giropay, Multisafepay, Maestro and Bancontact / Mister Cash and Sofort. You can also simply pay in advance via your bank. In this case, you transfer the invoice amount manually.
The easiest way to pay for internet orders is with iDeal. You can then pay quickly and securely in the trusted internet payment environment of your own bank. Payment is processed immediately, so that you receive your order as quickly as possible. You can pay with iDeal if you bank with ABN AMRO, SNS bank, ING, RABOBANK, ASN BANK, REGIO BANK, TRIODOS BANK, VAN LANSCHOT BANKIERS AND KNAB. Once you have placed the correct items in your shopping cart, click on “complete order”. You then choose your desired shipping method and pay via iDeal. You fill in your details and then select the bank where you bank. You will be taken directly to your own bank's internet banking program. All relevant details for payment have already been filled in. You approve the payment and you receive a confirmation from the bank.
