    When will my order be delivered?
    Normally, an order (if in stock) will be delivered to your home within two working days. If the delivery time is unexpectedly longer, we will contact you about this. Your order will be delivered by PostNL. Orders placed on the weekends (Friday after 3 pm, Saturday, Sunday) or on public holidays will be sent the next (weekday) working day.
     
    If you have not received anything after 3 working days after our shipping e-mail, please contact our customer service: +31 (0) 88-8800088 or by mail via [email protected]. We will then start an investigation into the whereabout of your shipment.

     
    Does Tondeuse Shop charge shippingcosts?
    Yes, Tondeuse Shop charges €7,27 incl. VAT shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands. Above an order amount of € 75, - incl. VAT, the shipping costs are free in the Netherlands.


    Can I also pick up my order?
    Tondeuse Shop does not have a  physical location where you can pick up your order. You can, however, pick up your order at a PostNL pick-up point in your area in the Netherlands.
     
    In what ways can I pay?
    Besides iDeal you can pay with MasterCard, Visa, Giropay, Multisafepay, Maestro and Bancontact / Mister Cash and Sofort. You can also pay in advance through your bank. In this case you manually transfer the invoice amount.
     
    How does iDeal work?
    The easiest way to pay for internet orders is with iDeal. You quickly and safely pay for this in the familiar internet payment environment of your own bank. The payment is processed immediately, to ensure that you have your order as soon as possible. You can pay with iDeal with the following banks: ABN AMRO, SNS bank, ING, RABOBANK, ASN BANK, BIO REGION, TRIODOS BANK, VAN LANSCHOT BANKIERS AND KNAB.

    When you have placed the right items in your shopping cart, click on "Proceed to checkout". You then choose the preferred shipping method and pay via iDeal. You enter your details and then select your bank. After that you'll be directed to the internet banking program of your own bank. All relevant details for the payment have already been completed. You approve the payment and you will receive confirmation from the bank.

    What should I do if my order is delivered defective or damaged?
    In this case, please contact us. Depending on the defect or damage, we will provide a suitable solution.
     
    What about warranty?
    The manufacturer's warranty applies to most products that you purchase from us. This is laid down in the warranty conditions. These conditions state, among other things, when there is a warranty and how long the warranty period is. Please contact us for specific warranty questions.
     
    Can I make an appointment for delivery?
    You can indicate at which time you want to receive the order. With the shipping method you can choose your desired delivery date and time slot.

     

    Can I return an order?
    You can return your order under certain conditions. Our general sales conditions apply to all purchases. For returning orders, in any case the article is complete, unused and undamaged and that it is still in its original packaging. Please contact us for returning items.
