THE ARTICLES ARE SENT FROM THE NETHERLANDS. IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE ARTICLE OR IN THE SHIPPING COSTS AND ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. CHECK THE CUSTOMS OFFICE OF YOUR COUNTRY TO DETERMINE IMPORT COSTS BEFORE PURCHASE. IT MAY OCCUR THAT CUSTOMS WILL CHECK THE PACAKAGE, MEANING THAT THE AVERAGE DELIVERY TIME MAY TAKE A BIT LONGER THAN USUAL.

Unfortunately Tondeuse Shop does not have a physical visiting address where you can pick up the order.

Our orders are shipped via the PostNL parcel service.
1.5 – Follow order
Once your order has been sent, you will receive an e-mail from PostNL with a Track & Trace code. The Track & Trace e-mail may accidentally end up in your unwanted mail folder of your mail program, please keep that in mind.
2. WARRANTY / EXCHANGE / RETURNS
2.1 – Warranty on your purchases
we want you to enjoy the products you have bought from us for as long as possible. If your products do not meet the quality expectations due to a production error, you can contact us via [email protected] We will contact you within 3 working days. If a mistake is made by the buyer (eg improper use), we can ask for compensation for repair or replacement.
Please note, that costs may be charged at € 16.95 (excl. VAT) for standard research costs. However, only when the reparation is not covered by the warranty. In the event of improper use, lack of maintenance or if it has experienced a fall, the device will not be repaired under warranty. In addition, the warranty does not apply to worn out parts such as the cutting blade,blade holder and casing/housing, et cetera! 2.2 – Product exchange
Not a problem. You can simply exchange the product within 14 days. Then contact us within 14 days. However, the product must be in a new condition. Used items cannot be exchanged due to health and hygiene circumstances. The products must not have any signs of wear and must be returned including the original (opened) packaging with the exception of cutting blades and comb attachment for sealing, if reasonably possible. Both the costs of returning the product as well as the costs for sending the new product are for your own account. In the event of any price differences of the product to be exchanged, we will notify you of a supplementary or refund. The free shipping above €75.00 (incl. VAT) only applies to the original order.
2.3 – Return product
Not a problem. You can simply return the product within 14 days. Then contact us within 14 days. However, the product must be in a new condition. Used items cannot be exchanged due to health and hygiene circumstances. The products must not have any signs of wear and must be returned including the original (opened) packaging with the exception of cutting blades and comb attachment for sealing, and batteries if reasonably possible. The costs for returning the product are for your own account (from the Netherlands: PostNL € 6,95 / from Belgium: Bpost € 16,41 incl. VAT). You will receive the full purchase price, minus shipping costs, that you paid us for the product. The refund will be made as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days after termination (the moment of return).
2.5 – Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically receive the good.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) that the agreement will be revoked. You can use the standard form for withdrawal (in your package) sent by us, but you are not obliged to do so. You can also fill in the model form at the bottom of the appendix of our General Terms and Conditions. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of the cancellation
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that moment, including delivery costs (with the exception of any extra costs resulting from your choice for a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery that we offer). in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement, from us back. We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, we will not charge you for such reimbursement. We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have shown that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of the decision to cancel the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account.
You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
2.6 – Complaint service
We do our utmost to ensure that you are helped in the best way and as quickly as possible. In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about the service, please contact us via [email protected] We will then ensure that you have a substantive response to the complaint within 3 days and that it is handled satisfactorily. In the unlikely event that a complaint can not be resolved by us, you can submit this complaint / dispute to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
3. SERVICE / CONTACT
3.1 – Contact

3.2 – Wrong address
If you have made a mistake in the address, we advise you to contact us immediately, preferably by telephone (088-88 000 88) before 3.00 pm. This increases the chance that we can change the address in time.
3.3 –No arrival of package
After your order you will receive a Track & Trace code from PostNL. This allows you to check the status of the package. If your order has not arrived 3 days after shipment, you can use this Track & Trace code to see where the package is at that moment. If something is not correct, please contact PostNL customer service (0900-0990).
3.4 – Received wrong product
When you return the product, we ensure that the right product comes your way. The costs for both shipments are taken into our account. Before returning the product, please contact us first ([email protected] or 088-88 000 88).
3.5 - Damaged product arrival
We do our utmost to pack our products in such a way that they arrive at you unharmed. In the unlikely event of damage to the product please contact us on the day of receiving the package, we will exchange it for you. Please note, this only applies to damage due to transport damage. In addition, the shipping costs are bothtaken into our account. Please note, this only applies to damage caused by transport, not with improper use or when the product has experienced a fall/hit. If we do not have the product in stock or can reorder, we will try to find the best solution.
